I'm looking to build a basic home gym, and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a power rack (preferably with a pull up bar) that is about 1.8m-1.9m.
My garage ceiling has a height restriction of about 2m

I have a ceiling that is around 190cm (about 6 feet 3 inches). Unfortunately, I've had trouble finding a power rack that will fit inside that space that is available in Australia. The only two options I've found are overseas:

Ok so the Racks from Gym Direct are going to be a little high for my ceiling. My ceiling is 240 and the gym direct rack is 240
Power tech rack is 212 as is the Force USA band attachment rack.

If I continue to work out on a split 3x a week, and on my two days off during the week do an abs routine and run for 30 minutes. And eat less. Basically doing a cut but still trying to increase my lifts..
