Logic Does Not Apply III: A Calorie is a Calorie
I've been training for a 2 months now after a brief layoff.
My body weight since the start of the year has been a very steady 83kg at 15% bodyfat, 6ft tall.
Am now on a calorie deficit diet for the past week and weighing 82kg.
My goal is to get to 10% body fat.
Not really training for stength...

you can set the foods you like first, so it will only generate meals that you actually like and will eat. Plug in your calorie goal, your stats, and how many meals you'll eat - boom - there's your daily eating plan.
Useful - if you are a serious dieter.
what resource do you use to count calories? figures seem to differ slightly between sources. i know it doesnt really matter to be ultra accurate, but if someone has a website they use thats super easy - let us know!

I'm back after vacation to the US. I drank a lot, ate a lot of bad food and didn't train for the last 7 weeks. I also fell very sick during that time and dehydrated. Yea, it set me back a bit with some muscle loss and some fat gain.
