Hey guys
I did a calf session on Thursday, and a full leg session yesterday morning. No abnormality until yesterday arvo.
From yesterday afternoon, my right calf is swollen and super stiff. I can't put my right foot flat on the ground without feeling a slightly painful stretch all the way...
So I realised today that I easily have the flexibility now to go ass to grass on front squats. I just need to know the implications of this and have the following questions:
With a similar stance, should I be able to go ass to grass on both high bar and low bar squats?

I'm gonna have a go at building one of these with a mate in the coming weeks.
Looks simple enough (most gym equipment is, really). Has anyone built one of these before, or does anyone have one and can take a few simple measurements for me please?
