Im trying to build muscle and im a bit overweight, im around 93kg when I should be 75~~70kg so im heating healthier foods.
I am not doing cardio, just cutting down on calories but im wondering if its worth heating before going to bed, something like WPI or something based more on...
What should I take? 250g of cottage cheese before bed or a protein shake with milk?
I managed to score a couple of tubs of 500g cottage cheese for $1.80 from wollies yesturday, expires on the 6th of August. Still plenty of time :P
I've tried cottage cheese in the past, don't seem to like it though.
What other foods are good before bed?
I take a milk+protein shake with me to bed and drink it when I wake up halfway throough the night.
