  11. cals in 1/4 bbq chicken

    Googled the shit out of it and get some big variances. 220cals minimum to 620 odd. Just trying to work it out for 1/4 chicken with no skin or stuffing (thigh basically) I understand chickens are different sizes and all but trying to get an average. WHat you reckon?
