I find this subject interesting, especially in light of the reality that so many of us may have limb strength imbalances due to a variety of reasons.
I also believe that they have great relevance for many sports, perhaps not so much weightlifting or Olympic lifting.

I believe Bosu Balls have a place in strength training.
I used them in crossfit to strengthen the stability muscles.
Got to be other Bosu ball fans out there??
Thinking about asking my FB to go along... too old for regular dance parties these days, but perhaps wouldn't be so out of place in a mask at a ball like this!
buggered if I know what I'd wear though... seems the dress code for guys is a g-string, or variations on nothing. No pants, trousers...
