Ham killed by SLDL

Did some stiff leg deadlifts on Friday night.
Only light weight of 70kg for a couple of sets, but they have been very sore for the last 2 days.

I don't think anything beats it for hamstring exercises.
Maybe GHR, but don't have a machine for that.
Previous weeks I have been doing leg curls as heavy as I could go, but never got much stimulation or soreness out of it.

I like switching up exercises every 3-4 weeks now.

Still suprised at the soreness I have though.
I can probably do about 140kg for SLDL for 10 reps, but will work back into it slowly if it is going to be this bad for the DOMS.

Definately the stretch is was causes the massive DOMS after SLDL, it should send signals to stretch other muscles as well.
