Bio Gro. Farrrrk.
You did get sucked in.
Well this shit has many positive reviews.
Makes me wonder though how many are legit or fake... Hmmm

Yea...I quite like Jerry Ward. He's usually no BS so when I saw him talking about it I figured I'd give it a go.

Honestly, I have no idea. I've gained a bit of size in the last few months and I feel strong for my weight but I have no idea if I can attribute it to the Bio Gro.
All the science seems to say no.

I hate that Jason Blaha is probably right the smug prick.

Roger that. Will report back when huge.

To be fair, a myostatin inhibition drug would be a holy grail if it worked.

My question is - in regards to obtaining 'demi god' like strength....have you ever met one? What if they're feeble kunce?!?

If you watch the dudes eyes you can see him looking off to the side to read his cue cards lol.

So with further reading, it turns out that a myostatin inhibitor was actually somewhat validated last year:

Can't find any relationship between this and epicatechin though.

Studies on epicatechin are reasonably promising but I don't know if I believe it.

I would have to dig to find a reference, but I'm pretty sure I read that reduction of myostatin has been linked to degradation of tendons and connective tissue in tests. There's a peptide that does the same.
