What are your HIIT exercises?

Usually double alternating tabatas involving kettlebell swings/snatches, burpees, double unders or sledge hammer strikes.

Or just plain old hill sprints.

Where i live it it is a rather flat area , we have a man made hill just behind the lake as well as a set of stairs that leads up to bridge

I pass through it while out cycling , so i throw the bike on the shoulders(carbon fibre bike so it weighs fuck all ) , do some hill sprints and stair climbs

the set of stairs isn't much about 30-40 steps

Pretty much any regular compound exercise; burpees; swings; ball slams; cycling; rowing; sprints; skipping.... I've even used farmer's walks at one point.

20 x Overhead KB swings
20 x Hack Sit ups
20 x burpees
20 x Tricep bench dips

5 x rounds

I swear this isn't a WOD.....
