Do you know all your bros name at the gym?

I would imagine they either call you captain nautilus or farmer's walks.

    struggle to eat enough

Start drinking your food. I wouldn't recommend adding 500ml full cream milk unless you're 100% certain dairy is for you. If it is, then see above :p

    Lat pulldown on cable crossover

I found that my forearms died alot quicker than they normally would. However, I could feel the muscle alot better.

true bodybuilding dedication: training the glutes

Here I was ready to start saying how I don't bother training them because apparently you can never get rid of glute muscles .. :P PS. Neddy started a similar thread.

    Semi-Amateur looking for advise

@Topsy76 - I wouldn't worry about how long the workout takes. If you're working hard and progressing in some way (e.g. doing the work quicker, doing more work or lifting more), then you're all good.

    Milos Sarcev's Pre/Intra/Post workout "shakes"

I would say that, at least from a recovery perspective, his stack would definitely make a difference. However, I'm not willing to pump that many goodies into my body so I will have to wait for someone who has tried it to vouch for it!

    Ice Cream

I always order it for dessert, even at good restaurants. Easily my favourite food.

    Semi-Amateur looking for advise

As someone who is: - around the 6" mark- - was 78kg not that long ago - plays soccer (or AFL in your case) on a 2-3 weekly basis; - and used to say there's no need to train legs because I get enough stimulation from soccer (or AFL), don't be fooled! You will never get as much growth in your...

What piece of equipment at your gym do you often have to wait in line for?

The issue we're having at the moment is that after we've finished our first set on an alternative piece of equipment, the equipment we want to use frees up. Not so much of a problem for me, but when you're dealing with a new trainee (my wife), I'd prefer to keep on barbell squats consistently...

Do you know all your bros name at the gym?

If I talk to someone on a regular basis, then I will find out their name. Nothing worse than an ongoing 'relationship' with someone and you can't even say their name :p It's not a big deal to just ask someone what their name is again!

    Advice of Program

Maybe try get someone to teach you normal deads first. Test it for a good period. If it just isn't working for you, switch to SLDLs and just rely on heavy rows and chins to grow your back. If it does work for you, then definitely stick with it as it is an incredible exercise.

    Sternum discomfort

Not in the actual sternum but on the far left hand side of my right pec, next to the sternum. Apparently your back muscles are connected to your chest muscles in rings around your body, so it could have happened from something in the back. Personally, I find it pops up with chest dips a...

    Advice of Program

Fair enough Mick. I'm going to take a guess that you're a bigger, heavier set guy (maybe not over 5"10?)? I was showing a mate, who's just getting back into gym, conventional deads on the weekend and it was a real struggle. We are both about 6"1, but his legs and arms are just so damn long...

    Advice of Program

It's up to you, but I couldn't imagine not doing incline bench and SLDLs.

    Big on a Budget

I don't usually go that much higher on the protein, but the fat and carbs is so low. That's not even breakfast.

What piece of equipment at your gym do you often have to wait in line for?

The smith and 3 squat racks are usually all in use at the same time. Decline bench is only in use when you want to use it :p No issue with cable crossover stations (we must have about 5 now).

Aerobic and Resistance training - Do them Apart?

If you either keep the intensity low or keep the duration of the high intensity work low, how will that effect your gains? /edit - or just keep your heart rate up in your workouts.. throw in a few silverback specials (read: circuits involving farmer's walks) and you probably don't need to cardio ;)

Does anyone know about Metabolic Precision?

Spot is a green dog, I haven't seen any other dogs in Brisbane, so they must all be green. Anyway, find out for yourself if you can lose weight and get lean without (allegedly) ruining your metabolism.
