    Does that mean that you used these sorts of shakes to get to your current size, but a combination of you looking more to maintain (and therefore your cals being lower) and your metabolism having slowed since you were 16, you don't need them? This might not be true - I'm just curious.

    I had a guy like this other night, clearly unhappy that I spent 5 minutes in the rack doing military presses. Even though there was a free rack (there was a guy doing deadlifts in front of the rack, but he had told the guy that he was free to squat in the rack if he wanted). Sigh.

    what muscle group is most important to you?

    Not sure if trolling... anyway, traps are probably the lowest priority in that respect, especially if they can give your shoulders a narrower appearance.

    This hits the nail on the head. This isn't that different from how I eat at 26. I just wish that I ate that way from 19-22. Take out the choc sauce, throw in frozen berries, add in oats and adjust the portions and you've got my breakfast. I don't know why you would pay for mass gainers...
