    Those are some good stats. they are all lifting there bodyweight plus. Im strong in all my lifts, just bench is my favourite, I would really love to build shoulder strength and the power clean has always interested me.

    I like the style, I myself am very strict and only approach lifts Im determined to make. I block out weight completely and just consertrate on the rage building up inside, I make most my lifts out of adrenalin.

    I dont know if I eat heaps. I kinda binge a bit at night, not too hungry during the day tho. Somedays more some less I workout hard 4 days a week on average 40mins to an hour a day. I might go nuts on a saturday for a couple hours, depending how I feel. Doesnt take me long to build size and...

    PTC Heya Bro, Im 33yrs old I have trouble with my legs where I can some times get weak and sore in my knees so I tend not to do em too much, but they deffinatly have the potental to be monsters, I usually do 3 sets 5 reps of 100's then just repeating that formula untill I reach 130 or more...

    yeah I hate it wen they grab the bar almost half way though the push and rack it for ya. I like those dudes who happen to be walking past and decide to spot ya for you last 2 or 3 reps, and hardly even touch the bar.
