    Me too Dont worry It will hardly ever happen the more you hit legs. Stretch before and after. If it gets real sore just pop a couple anti inflam's (if your ok to do so)

Long Term rest is good especially if you can get cortisone shots from your doc, but if you dont want to stop lifting for that long there is ways of working around it like any injury, just be prepared for the long term concicuences...
