    Im building my own gym at home, man its kinda like having your own swimming pool on a hot day. I can spend all day tricking myself out, some mad as pumps. I just do whatever and go hard, hit 155kg bench press yesturday and slayed my tris. Anyone else here hit it like a kid in a candy store?

    how can a skinny bloke bulk up?

    Lots of oats, rice and pasta man, fuggin tonnes of it and buckets of protein rich meats with it. like fish, chicken, beef. Eat all the time every 2 hours having a small serving of both (Carb/Protien) easy enough to do even for a small guy. If you cant do that prepare shakes the night before...
