    Making yoghurt

    Thats not how you make yoghurt. step 1 pour milk in glass step 2 let sit for 5 days on warm bench top. step 3 add flavour (ie fish) step 4 eat step 5 throw up. Easy

    Go hard, train if you wonna train. if you stay home then you'll just pine for the gym, so just go. you'll know yourself weather or not you gonna handle it.

    I personally feel its better to continue slightly upwards without assistance tools. even if it means moving weights up in much smaller incraments. (ie 1.45kg plates) However in saying that I do use a strap for my left hand wen I do lat p/d's heavy. becos I have severe Golfers in that arm.

    help

    Behind the neck military press with good rear delt and back work will put more push and control into your sholders for a strong lift. Try also pushing from a mid to lower chest point, you could be putting to much on the mid and front delt. the pecs are a much stronger muscle group.

    drinking

    I was told that alcahole prevented any real muscle growth and most guys who drink end up with small gains that are hard laboured. It is also surposed to eat away a muscle tissue. I still enjoy a few beers every now and then
