    PTC style gym in Melb

Portelli also usually trains Monday/Weds/Thursday/Saturday. If its your first time, best to aim for when he is in just to meet him. But he just had a kid last week and hasn't been in since.

    Weightlifting mathematically

For me, ive always deadlifted better with the bar touching my body throught the whole lift, because its fair less likely to pull me forward and it makes it easier to sit back with the bar. But that being said i suck at deadlifting.

    Olympic vs Standard barbell

Standard 6' run of the mill barbells are rated to 150kg. Also the bar bending isnt a problem, they have an elastic region which the can bend into then bend back. The problem is when there is a permanent bend.

    Australian Barbell Co.

Does anyone know if there is a way to tell the difference between a standard ABC barbell and a super strength standard ABC barbell? One is rated to 150kg the other 500kg, but from my understanding they have the same physical dimensions... Cheers for any help

    How not to diet...

I've done low carb (80-100g or so a day) and it was shit. Felt like shit and lack of energy. It was that point of teetering on keto without committing to keto that was the problem. Then ive also done keto and it was just fine. Had a 10% drop or so on strength, and dropped 1kg per week for 6weeks...
