How does alchohol affect your training?

Selective quoting to suit your argument? In any case, I now understand your opinion on the matter.

How does alchohol affect your training?

Got it. People who have the occasional drink are wasting their time working out. They should give up now (working out), and they can expect to not receive any help from some members here. I think that's a bit too ridgy myself. But each to their own. At least we all know where we stand...

How does alchohol affect your training?

Its a free country, you can do as you please :) Anyway, its all pretty pointless to continue with this thread I would have thought. Everyone knows that alcohol has a negative effect on your training. To think otherwise is pretty silly. End thread right there. Something else we can take...

How does alchohol affect your training?

I'm not quite sure how to respond to this. Good people generally get joy from helping others even if the person they are helping is not perfect. To fob someone off because they do not conform to your standards seems somewhat wrong to me. But each to their own. Edit: Just to be clear I have...

    Barbell Row

Now I'm confused.... which one is considered normal BB Row? I've been doing it like number 3/4. Feels pretty natural. I haven't tried number 2. Pretty sure I would have the same flexibility/mobility issues.

    Barbell Row

Not a whole lot from what I can see. 1). under hand grip 2). back parallel to the floor, weights hit the floor between each rep. 3). over hand grip 4). very similar to 3, just another view.

    Barbell Row

Hi All, I found on here the following description -> Exercises for Back :: Bent-over Barbell Row While youtubing for a video to demonstrate the correct form for Barbell Row it became apparent that there seems to be a number of variants. See below: TZLCvXbej_Q ss5SuopztW4 GH-ohxZOD7c...

How does alchohol affect your training?

People make their own choices with regards to alcohol. I drink too much and would like to cut it out altogether but it just tastes so damn good :) 'Activists' that are in your face and call you an idiot for drinking make we want to have another drink :P Its like when vegetarians tell me not...

    Bench Press: Avoiding Shoulder Injuries

I like both myself. But I do find people doing heavy barbell row very impressive. I've noticed in peoples logs on here that there are not many who can do heavy (comparatively speaking) rows compared to their bench. For the strong guys out there what is the usual ratio of bench to row ?

    Ed Coan's record falls

Not sure why his first squat was a fail ?? He looked like he had heaps more in his bench... it went up so fast. Damn he looks lanky. Imagine if he fills our more... Looks like he is very broad, just needs a bit more filling out and he will be a monster.
