    probs with bent rows!!

    gday guys, im really really struggling to get bent rows down packed. im finding that im too tall and just cant get down to do them with good form. am i doing something wrong?? does anyone else have this problem? is there any other lift that i can do in a bent rows place?? cheers alex

    gday brendon. yeah might be the way to go get it checked out properly. i have been using a glove ith a strap and its not hurtning anymore which is good. still niggles every now and then doing other things. a physio might be able to tell you exactly what it is.

    had the same issue, so didnt renmew my 600 a year membership and spend that money on rack, bench press, weights, bars, dip/chin up rach and presto no waiting in line!!!!

    are you using this bodyblast stuff as well as wpi?? as your only 16 i wouldnt use any other type or form of supplements. i would just make sure you have perfected your diet including water intake as well as decent rest. any other form of supplement would be useless to you at the age of 16. as...

    haha this morning i went all out and added ON pro complex protein onto my oats after being cooked. was ok if i held my nose while eating it. nahhh surprisingly not too bad!!!

    coool. if you can i would start the beginner program even from home with your dumbells. incorporating bench press/squats/deadlifts/military press/ bent rows and such compound lifting will definately help you build a strong core and with a better diet every day and i mean a hell of a better diet...

    you are probably mistaking that pain for your lower back. which when doing squats for the first time is probably normal. you should be really feeling in your legs also. this might have been answered before but how old are you pal??

    gday matey any of your sport fitness stores should sell the generic sparring gloves for around 25- 30 bucks!! but if you want the proper mma regulation gloves to fight with then you will be spending anywhere up to around 150.
