    that sounds like a very good idea matey. i have noticed because of the size of my workout my intensity isnt there for every one of my lifts. which isnt real good if you want to up your lifts and gain mass. those routines def sound like the go. im thinking i might drop the bb curl and tricep db...

    well gary there is probably some truth to that i guess. im now sitting t 83kg which is a big jump form 68kg when i started. do you think that it is too big a workout? i know a lot of people on here say bb curls are waste of time....

    kyle shoud have been a writer!!! what a way with words :) almost as good as mills and boons. :P on a serious note, you are off to a great start. keep it up. eat heaps, lift as heavy as you can with good form.

    id like to say i hurt the tendon in my foot skydiving or base jumping or something cool like that but that wouldnt quite be factual. i actually rolled it playing mixed indoor netball!!!! back just healed then this haha!!!! damn injury prone !!!! at least i have the week off work!!

    gary has summed it up perfect. 3 days a week max!!! try to limit those sessions to as short as you can do your workout with good form. working out for hours and hours and hours serves no useful purpous. If you continue the workout above you wont have any arms left!! very counter productive...

    legs are important and need to be given the same attention as the rest of your body. thats all there is to it. if you dont train legs then there is no point training anything else. its like training to play a sport but not training all aspects of the game. its pointless.what are your goals??

    cheers kyle appreciate it matey!! yeah im always very careful with form and as you said all the way through the lift. the physios excercises ask me to do an excercise against the wall so i checked my posture and no probs. cheers for the reassurance. much appreciated.
