    Betaine Nitrate/ nitrates

The other thing to note is I am relativley low carb, so not as much glycogen flooding the muscles. The BN pre workout works well after 5 days of dieting, but as I continue I imagine it will get harder to get a decent pump.

    Betaine Nitrate/ nitrates

I don't use stimulants, so just use their normal pre workout mix without the stims. Thinking of adding a nitrate as you have.

What are you or what did you train today?

Chest today, but did something entirely different. i didn't do one pressing movement, did 6 set flat flyes, then 8 sets of incline flys, working up to 35kg dumbells, then did 10-12 sets on cable crossover, both standing, and with incline bench, just working on contraction. i have always made...

    Eating under maintainence question

    Post Xmas Crash Diet

I am about to buy some xtend BCAA to drink throughout the day. Last time i me i dieted down it did a great job of satisfying any cravings, and took my mind off food all the time. guess the added leucine won't harm my muscle retention either. when I am not dieting, I strictly use BCAA post...

If I am cutting, it is usually fish and vegies, as it reheats pretty well, won't dry out as much as chicken. if bulking/ being a fat boy, 300 grams beef mince, cup basmati rice, cheesy tomato pasta sauce and parmeson all mixed together
