    I get my EAAs from my food. It's called protein. yes I am aware the 3 aminos are also part of The essential aminos in food, but not absorbed as quickly therefore not invooking the same hormonal responses.

    I consume EAA all day from my protein, not BCAA. Big difference. consuming the 3 branched chain aminos all day on top of my food was Luke's advice, then take one bolus dose. The he same question to you. Tell me about Mtor Mick

    And to clarify, I am not saying BCAA are neccesary, but I believe they give me a SMALL benefit. As as a natural trainer I will take any extra small benefits I can get. if you choose not, no problem, I don't have a problem with that, nor do I feel the need to start a 6 page thread on it.

    Thanks for your reply Fadi. i am familiar with the first exersize to isolate delts, but have done the second mainly for back work. How do I isolate the rear delts in this movement?

    Correct. i have mentioned Mtor several times. I personally believe there is more to bodybuilding nutrition than simply having aminos in your blood stream from food. Call it bro science if you will, but it has served me well, and I posted my pic to show my results. no point this thread going...

    I have known/ trained with Luke for over ten years. His advice has always come from extensive research. i buy my Aminos from bulk nutrition, and he knows that. Luke has also walked the walk. Have you?

    They are a pain in the arse..... They take over everything unless I am super dillegent and have perfect form. Especially bicep work. I haven't trained them at all the last few months, to try and balance things out a bit.
