    Made some mandarin protein bars P16 C8 F4 (and 4g dietary fibre) for each small bar. Really good! Another way to use up some of my uncle's glut of mandarins I scored on the weekend.

    Currently waiting for my broccoli and fennel to be ready for picking. Both doing really well at the moment! Also have a few caulis and cabbage in there ... taking longer but hopefully will be ready soon. Heaps of chicory and spinach/beets ... almost sick of eating them already lol

    yum! tip: that stuff is really good on tuna/salmon too :) I put a bit of my Venom sauce in my soup last night...just a drop and it was amazeballs.
