    getting to a point when you have "overtrained" is hard as fuck, and muscles recover very well. in terms of hitting muscles per week lyle mcdonald + several others think for natural trainees 2-3 times a week is best. with 2 being the best option.

    why can't she eat sausage rolls? as long as it fits her macros, right? in terms of body re composition, (and of course common sense) it wouldn't matter. your food is as clean as you wash it.

    mainly cause it's a classic. will be last on the list though. heard catch 22 was funny, but will also be last, as i like the looks of the others first. i really like the alchemist, felt a bit simple and easy to read, but i liked the overall message even if flawed.

    if height is an issue chin up bar can be put upside down. i got the same rack, 2 years old and no issues besides some wear and tear which is normal. i cant imagine ever needing a new one have the same bar, no issues, not bent at all.
