Ok i think i need to clear everything and kind of start from the beginning, cause i feel people have misunderstood me. Obviouslly if lifts go from 50 kilo bench to 100 kilo bench, 100kg squat to 150kg squat and so on, is going to lead to muscle built. Im talking about development, definition...

IF a skinny beginner, you need to bulk up so you can Then sculpt the foundation. I think beginners just continue to try and work towards str even tho that foundation is built and 3 years down the track they wonder why they dont look developed.

I totaly agree with you about not everyone wants to be*just a bodybuilder* and have a bit of everything *size, str, development* im just saying for someone that does wanna look there best or be a bodybuilder the innervation style is the way to get there quicker. As for beginners, obviouslly its...

Also, not a load of crap, tons of studys prove you wrong. Sure training for str will build you some muscle, but if you want to be a competitive bodybuilder some day you gotta stop kidding yourself.

Didnt say it doesnt lead to development, im saying beginners are misguided that want to be bodybuilders, training innervation style is way more affective then training for str, a ton of studies prove this.

For bodybuilding Yes, for powerlifting No. The whole point of a exercise in bodybuilding is to isolate the muscle you are training......... how are you training ur chests full potential when you are using ur legs to help move the weight................ Putting ur feet on the bench will shift...

Yer didnt make sense, but you see powerlifts that can bench 200 kilos, have shit chest development, cause there using a heap of other muscles to help move the bar.......... Correct way of benching for development requires ur feet on the bench, with perfect smooth form.
