    U do see however guys that weigh 90 kilos and are muscley and ripped to the shithouse and cant even bench 120 kilos, and you see people 90kg that train for str and dont even look like they lift and can bench 140 kilos.

    Yer true, but i was plateuing on my lifts and people would tell me, its because ur not eating enough, so i upped my calories to break through these plateus, which made me put on more weight.......... which i have seen in other people to. the ones that train for str think...     well i did the mark rippetoe beginners program, ate 500-1000 calories over maintenance and took my 1 year to get to 100-160. I put on like 15 kilos in 1 year, probly 50%-70% fat.

    Fair enough mate, depending on where there at. But saying he could get someone from 100-160 in a few month is a huge load of shit. Unless there eating 1000 calories over maintenance level which is just gonna get them fat, bodybuilders are after lean gains.

    I dont think he would make up studies, look mate im not gonna argue with anyone anymore, the info is there to read. Ive tried training for str for 2 years-i did get stronger quick aka my deadlift went from 100 to 160 in 1 year but i still didnt look that much better in pysique enhancement...

    Haha funny one champ, Nah ur not blindfolded, i mean you concentrate on the muscle ur training *getting that contraction*.Also your not sure why shorter breaks lead to more muscle hypertrophy, well me neither but the studies back it up and also the way bodybuilders train back it up.
