    I can understand your sarcasm, but i think you over exadurated this something big. reps 5-10 10-15 maybe a few in the 15-20 range. anything over that is pritty pointless. U want to spend 45minutes to 1 hour-1.5 hours at most in the gym not 4 hours. lol
