    Like ive said, at the end of the day it works. When models hit plateus they decrease there calories even more, what happens down the track? metabolic damage. Spiking the calories is healthy, and it will put you back on track to losing more weight. Bottom line the cycle diet works.

    I actually dont eat them in the same meal anyway, so maybe some othertime i will try it lol. On a side note the italian flavour dressing tastes good on rice and broccoli.......... Spicy bbq sauce is ok, but doesnt compare to the dressings.
