    175 g bacon, 1/4 onion, broccoli, cauliflower, beens, capsicum with a can of crushed tomatos all fried off with italian herbs. I wasn't sure when I was making it, but it's suprisingly good.

    Thanks silverback, I'll have a look into it. Oly, it's pretty easy to be consistent and good with a log doing Starting Strength / Any other linear progression program. Plus it's not for squatting 170, it's for trying to go from a 70 kg to 71 kg press. And the Mrs.

    I'm looking at getting some 0.75 kg and 1 kg plates. The only place in Australia I could find with plates smaller than 1.25 kg is Sam's Fitness who I bought 4 x 0.5 kg plates from. There's a couple of places in the states you can get sets from (Iron Woody) but they cost a fortune. Has anybody...

    What to expect new dad incoming!!

    Watching them constantly is what really drains me. There is no time you can switch off for longer than about 30 seconds once they start walking. I'm seriously considering temporary kid fencing and a back pack lead.

    I like chins because your biceps get more involved. This makes it easier at body weight, but you can just add more weight.

    Looking at getting Power rack + bench

    I have the MM commercial. It's good, and it will probably outlast me. The hole spacing could be closer, the low horizontal bars could be about an inch lower so you could Deadlift in it, and it is really, really deap. Really good chinning bar on it, though you need to take to it with a metal...
