    Recommendations for protein powder ?

    You'll get a chunk of BCAAs in any complete protein. Which includes eggs, meat and any brand of whey. There's no real need to supp BCAAs seperately. I'm using www.bulknutrients.com.au WPC at the moment, seems pretty good. I've sort of gone off protein direct only because the powder is imported...

    It must have been some pretty shit training for people to lose muscular volume. Even if they are never going to win the Mr Olympia (or even a local pageant), everyone can put on some muscle.

    SLDL vs Dead Lift.

    Knees are bent in deadlift. Allows you to use the quads off the floor. If knees are already extended you can't use the quads, so a SLDL uses only hamstrings and back.

    It's not overly sweet. I don't enjoy it. It's not bad, but not good. I only eat cadbury and lindt chocolate normally.

    I bought 1kg bags of strawberry, banana, choc and vanilla of the WPC to figure out what I liked. Vanilla is good, strawberry was OK to me.
