    3 sets of 5 squats 3 times per week is shitloads when they are constantly close to 5RM. OP, just fucken eat more. And like Dicko said, you're nowhere near maxing out what you should be able to get doing starting strength. You need to decide if you want to get ripped or get strong.

    Help me develop a new routine

    The idea is to add weight every session for as long as possible. I've done both, but prefer starting strength (power clean instead of row, chins every session) for the lower reps. Both work.

    I decide if it was a food / sleep / mental thing that I could fix before just trying again another day. A missed lift isn't the end of the world, chalk it up as experience.

    I have one, it's really good. I've been using stick mixers lately too (they fit into most shaker bottles), because I'm too lazy to do the required manual shaking.
