    Pumpkin seed bread is win. Has a stack of protein. Or rye. Slow release carbs. Good in the morning. That said I don't eat much bread.

    Does anyone eat this? It is chocked full of protein...1KG is 8 bucks at the grain store in the Adelaide Markets. I mixed some with fruit and yoghurt for Bfast. An alternative to eggs at least :)

    Bah - don't get me wrong i'd love to have more than an hour but it is all I have. People get grumpy with me because I have been at this gym for six months and don't really say more than hi and say: "excuse me are you still using this machine or standing around talking about some chicks number?"...

    My work schedule means i am in and out of the gym in an hour. No time for mucking around.     Plain cottage cheese is boring...... what to add?

    I have a late night shake before bed. I put Quark Cottage Cheese in. Do a search...you can usually get it at Organic stores. It sweetens my unflavoured whey and rice milk. But it also has the slow release. I must admit the whole "don't eat chesse before bed because it gives you nightmares"...

    Nice Shrek. I started my addiction on one of those babies. You can get a good flavoursome brew from one of them, great black that goes great with Bacon and Eggs :)
