    Dicko just contact the number on the tin of the tuna you eat and ask to speak to the sales manager.... Thats what I did with the sole mare one and I explained to them I eat 1kg a day 5 tins and am sick of paying rediculous prices... they now have me on aacoutn and I just ring them up tell them...

    nice work by the boys... matt tells me last night hes going to do the rep challenge aswell. seems though he did 225x10 on squats the other week im guessing he will do 165-170 for 20 +++ easy.... I rekkon the winner is going to need almost 120 reps , this will be nuts..

    eggs recipes?

    a cool french dish.... in a deepish bowl crack 4-5 eggs and put the yolks at the bottom of the bowl. with the egg white beat them untill they become fluffy. layer some cheese and some cream on top of the yolks then put the whipped egg whites on top so it looks like a ice cream. Then u bake it...

    interesting .. if us little guys can bust out 20 odd reps on the squat, bench, dead it might give enough daylight to hold the big fellas out in the KB. This one will deffinitly be added to my calendar. Ill start doing a bit more cardio.

    Do you buy or bring lunch to work?

    every 7-8 working days I bring to work a carton of tuna- 24x185 gram tins a whole cabbage and half a dozen onions...... mmmmmmmmm tuna with cabbage and onion .. smother it in tobasco..... soooooo goood.

    What blender do you use?

    same I got a $25 blender i use every morning... u can sort of see a light when upulse it like the motor is on fire but it keeps cranking day after day... ice, oats, frozen berries... she keep on grinding.

    markos is spot on the money.. it comes don to fitess/conditoining... an athlete will win this comp.. not the strongest guy.... I wouldnt worry about a 80kg KB I guarante all the guys who are as markos says 75-90kg and strong will out UDL guys 120kg + even though there deadlift may be 50kg + less...

    i could do 2 reps no worries @75kg +20 ... If I trained cleans between now and april i could probably get more cause its easy to push press the wieght over head.. But that said im focusing on the powerlifting this year and not so much conditioning, cleans, strong man type stuff. 2011/12 is all...
