    Tuff As Strongman Comp 17/9/11

tendonitis yuck!! Have had that in both biceps, hip flexors, and bursitis of the AC joint. Rest is about all that fixes it. Though I found heaps of fish oil (40mg a day in liquid form), and cissus quadrangulis helped a bit.

Is your knee the reason you deadlift with your back mainly?? I think I saw a video of you squatting 200?? Knee can't be that dodgy or was that before?

    Tuff As Strongman Comp 17/9/11

Mate your easy clean comes from being able to deadlift 300kg and load a 170kg stone. As for your press I reckon it has to be technique cause you benched 160kg right?? If you could push jerk then your overhead would explode!! Then again I shouldn't tell you this so disregard anything that I have...

    Tuff As Strongman Comp 17/9/11

My aim is a 140 axle. I have push jerked it before but haven't got anything more than 125 up. It's the flip on the continental that I have issues with, hence all the axle c&P in my log now. You are always the lightest guy, but I am getting close to you 96.5kg now!! Being light is a issue in...

    Tuff As Strongman Comp 17/9/11

    Constant Fatigue and Brain Fog

I have all this too. I do have some food issues, beer kills me (2 beers and it's head ache and blocked nose), glutten to a lesser extent. Fat doesn't bother me, I was much better on a keto diet (gastro wise), I was just an angry bastard all the other time due to lack of carbs. It's a very...

    Vanity vs Numbers

Travis Ort didn't loose that weight on purpose. He said that he picked up a parasite while competing in the SCL in Bulgaria. It was chewing him up until they found it, after his treatment he is putting the weight back on. But yes. I agree with all your post. It's more that to recover faster...

    Constant Fatigue and Brain Fog

I haven't tried the meds, trying a few other things before that. So far what has helped the most is cutting my training days back, and thinking through each thought and emotion. I still have real bad days but they are getting fewer and fewer. Also as hard as it can be sometimes laughing and...

    Vanity vs Numbers

I guess I want to look like I could rip someone or something apart, but also want to be strong enough to do it. So to be as strong as you look is a good option.

Train like a mad-man, eat like an animal, and grow like a weed.

I have started only working out 2 days a week and I feel magic from it. Highly recomended if you have a busy life or don't recover well like myself. That is a lot of sandwiches though:rolleyes:

SE QLD Inzer order - anyone interested?

I know House of Pain had all the Fusion, T-Rex stuff long before the inzer site did. Obviously they make enough from distributors that they don't care about single sales. Being in Aus is a pain if you are into this sport. Group shipping like this is a good idea if you can get enough people.

SE QLD Inzer order - anyone interested?

From other peoples experiance Inzer are quite poor with delivery times. From what I have been told house of pain is better for Inzer gear than Inzer it's self, Powerlifting Gear - Powerlifting Clothes | House of Pain Other than that I have had great experiance with lifting large. I get stuff...

    Constant Fatigue and Brain Fog

Just an update. Got bloods and everything done and came back with everything normal. Seems that I am depressed. Basically from here it's cut my lifting back to 2 days to allow my shitty recovery to happen. Read about how to change my mind set (to cope with lifes stresses). Do some more cardio...

    Constant Fatigue and Brain Fog

It's hard cause there is lots of things that might fit; - depression - low test - sleep apnea - thyroid issues Only issue is that I don't have anything to be depressed over, if I was any hairier I would drag my knuckles (so low test doesn't fit), thyroid I don't believe (but I do find it...
