    At no point did trofius say you catch it on your lats. Also Oni have you had any training in proper olympic lifting technique?? And if the bar is sitting off the chest you need to work on your flexibility.

    I don't know about the MMPR but I had the powertec. Was a great rack and stood up really well. I had 300kg on the safties so they are good.     Reverse Hyper

    I got my reverse hyper last week and it's amazing. Really like it and already feel the difference after just 2 weeks, the atlas stones are really popping off my lap. Highly recommend these as they are not just hype for Westside to make money.

    You must have something different cause I can adjust the height all the way from my head down to my toes at 1 inch intervals. So even floor pressing you can still use the catches to rest the bar on.

    Dodgy Hamstrings

    Stretch lots. You might have tight hip flexors. This can pull the pelvis into a position such that the nerse pulses to the hamstrings get interupted with the spine position. I refrained from stretching for years and after getting injured constantly I have started and feel better than ever. Try it.

    First time buying a Power rack, thoughts on this...

    If you are after a second hand power rack, I have a powertec rack (about 4 years old), still in great condition and had the dip handles. I live in Adelaide so you could come pick it up. I think that they are $740 new plus postage so could do say $400.
