    Savickas tire deadlift WR

New House - New gym ...at Home

My friend has this. It's awesome. Worth the money if you can spare it. It has cups and safties for free squatting and pressing, plus a smith and funtional trainer. It all runs very smoothly too. I am really impressed and if you don't have lots of space this is the machine you want.

They are one of the most fun pieces of kit you'll use. Reps from the floor flatten you. Highly recommended.

Need some opinions - Beginner/Intermediate lifting programs

I use the cube method ideals for strongman. I have messed with the assistance a bit but the loading scheme for the main lifts are the same. I have had great success and have been really enjoying it. I highly recommend it. I wasn't much for 5/3/1 either, but I have had training partners make...

    Ostarine

Does really. But it's being created for actual medical reasons (muscle wasting diseases etc) not for lifters, so it could be that good.

    Ostarine

A lot of the bad logs I have read are from people expecting Test or PH like gains. When it doesn't happen as fast they seem to dog it. Other than the complaint or not working like AS or PH the only other negative was headaches in people that didn't step the dose up and went straight for about...

    Ostarine

I am interested in know more about what people think of this compound. I know that it isn't as good as test but since there is zero side effects (other than mild shutdown after prolonged use at high doses), I think that it would be a great option for someone who want's results but isn't in a...

What Did You Learn In 2012?

I was one of these people, but I learnt how to relieve the pain and get past it. Back pain is usually something to do with tight muscles in the hips or unstable knees. If your hips are tight and not mobile like they should be, your lumbar area become mobile while it is supposed to be stable...

    Age and bodybuilding

I think that the difference between 18 and 30, is outside influences on your hormone levels. When you are 18 you have nothing to stress you out and you don't have to look after anyone but yourself. Fast forward to 30 and you have a wife, kids, mortgage, more responsibility at work. That can all...

    Texas method

I've done it and loved it. Didn't stay on it too long as I have ADD when it comes to staying on programs. A lot of powerlifting friends are doing the CUBE method and getting great results too. I am doing CUBE for strongman and been going great. At your age, anything as long as you go hard at...

    Power Cleans

Yes! Power clean is a explosive movement that isn't aimed at using the maximum weight possible. The idea of a power clean is to pull the bar as high as possible. This is why it's used for athletes. They can work on being explosive and not be handling max weights.

    Power Cleans

I wouldn't palm your forehead, with some of the stuff said here how am I not to assume you meant it as you said it. Also Oni a squat clean is where you pull yourself under the bar as you are mentioning, a power clean is essentially a jump and shrug.

    Power Cleans

Upright row mean bend in the elbow. I proper clean the elbows should be straight. Shoulders don't really come into it, and if they are then you are not doing it right. Only time I feel anything in the shoulders is from a hang as I have no movement from the legs you tend to cheat a little.
