    Which do you use CT? I like the idea of them but the Bulk Nutrients. BCAAs I have are like attempting to drink liquified cardboard - absolutely unbearable lol no matter what I mix it with all I can taste is them.

    I have a new favourite meal.. Chicken breast cut into strips, coated with a mix of soy sauce, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper and a splash of EVOO.. Cooked it in a pan (would normally bake this but don't have an oven in my apartment here in Darwin) - covered it with cheese when I put it on...

    omelet (4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, kale, capsicum, cheese tabasco, pepper), steamfresh veges and steamfresh sweet chilli fish.. fukn tasty. So far today had around 180g protein, 25-30g fat and 15g carbs... seriously low in cals tho. Think I might have another cheesy omelet or something else I...
