    To true. At the end of the day it's a forum, not a blog on how to. People come here to share their views and opinions on things. If I want to know how to do something I could google it and get an answer, or I could come here, discuss it, have a laugh and be exposed to different ideas and views...

    Who here swims for excersise

    I use to swim at work, 25m pool, wait for the red hand to hit the top of the clock, swim up and back, go again when the red hand touches 0, usually have about 15secs rest and we'd do 20 laps. Haven't swam for a couple of months now.

    Clean and jerk - strength, speed, power Bench Press - strength 400m run - speed, endurance 1600m run endurance chin ups strength, endurance strength x 3, speed x 2, power x 1, endurance x 3 Needs more power? maybe separate the clean and jerk?

    Is kipping allowed :D Is it over or under grasp? Or can you do whatever, as long as it's all the way down to full ext to chin above the bar? And can you change grip half way through, say 10 reps over grasp, swap grip without touching the ground to under grasp and get a couple more reps?

    I honestly don't know one way or another, but I'm not about to starting pointing a finger at him saying he isn't natural. What about Ben Smith, the article said he wasn't using, he came 3rd overall, supposedly natural?
