    correct me if im wrong but arent the steroids used to clear infections different ot anabolic steroids? and also creatine is a naturally occuring element in your body (coming from red meat i think) so it would depend on your individual body as to how much creatine would be in your body...

    Chin-up goals

    just dont train legs, they are just excess weight that wont help with your chin ups lol. when i was skinny (i still am but 15kg heavier) i could easily knock out 15 reps now i struggle to get to 10 with perfect form due to the extra weight.

    Holding your breath during exercises

    i hold my breath for most reps, bench especially, i find it helps keep my body locked so i can work the chosen muscle, i will normally knock out as many reps as i can on one breath before i relax and breathe then do it all again to finish the set

    have seen the same thing but in the gym, young skinny girl who looks like she has never lifted a weight in her life (or done much excercise just naturally skinny) "training" a guy to squat, he had way to much weight on the bar and his form was completely shithouse she wasnt even paying attention...

    i use a combination of both, barbel for incline bench purely then finish the chest up with flat dumbell. the gym i go to has fixed dumbells up to 90kg, mind you the 90kg ones havent moved at all since i have been there

    Serratus anterior help clarification ?

    good work! i make sure i include the extension as part of my shoulder press. another one you can do is called "push up plus" essentially its a regular push up then at the top where you would normally stop you extend you shoulders forward to push up a bit further, once again its a small shrug...

    as oni said over head shrugs. the serratus work to control the shoulder blades. get the bar into an overhead press lockout and then just shrug your shoulders right up rinse and repeat. this should get them working

    i train a 3 day split (push, pull, legs) training 4 to 5 days a week so i do whatever comes next today will be legs
