    yep i do walking lunges all the time. do them with some decent dumbells in each hand and feel the burn. nothing works my glutes more than them

    What is the technical flaw in your squat you are working on improving?

    i have the same problem and tend to come forward in the hole. i just concentrate on trying to keep slightly more upright. i am backing my squats up with front squats now to try to coach myself to keep upright a bit more

    two guys stopped me yesterday and started quizing me on shoulder excercises and what they should be doing as they are new to the gym. made me feel pretty good as it may mean that i look like i know what im doing haha.

    lol i love how you all jumped on me telling me im wrong when if you look at the picture the red plate laying on the floor clearly says 45lbs... i know what the standardised colours are, and the person who initially reported stated it was an estimated 210 so they were working from that logic too...

    are you sure thats 200? i estimate around 170 the reds are 45lbs, the blue/blacks are 35lbs, the black hexagonal could be a 35lb or a 45lb but why would he use that as a 45 when he has another 2 red 45's on the ground so by that logic i say they are 35's and the little ones on the end look...

    any one tried the prowler?

    yep i normally do laps with a training partner, push prowler as fast as possible 10m one way then jump around and push it fast as possible 10m back to the start. then rest while the other person runs, repeat for 3 minutes. normally get around 6 runs (up and back) and feel like dying after that

    yep use the prowler quite a bit, load it up and run as hard as possible, it absolutely smashes you even when you cant run anymore you just take steps pushing the bastard thing along and you can feel you legs about to explode

    haha nah they werent kipping pull ups he was literally kicking in every which way and edging his head up to the bar each rep. he obviously didnt have the strength to do pull ups as he only did 2 reps

    mine is just outside shoulder width, it feel majority front delts, but i make sure as soon as i get passed me forehead i get that bar right up over my head not in front. same as you if i go any wider i get pain.

    i only use a belt on my heavier sets, i try to not use it as much as possible. i will also use it if i am doing 20 reps sets as i find as i fatigue in the final reps its hard to keep tight which the belt just gives a bit of extra security for the final lifts i feel it definitely adds weight to...

    you really need to concentrate on flexing at the hips and pushing your ass back. the fact that you feel it in your back and not your hams is a sign that you are bending slightly from your back. for me i really have to think about it, keep my core tight and push my ass back, i can feel it...
