    For those who "train".......

    Hoping to do a PL comp later this year if all goes well (depends on hip and lower back issues). Even if I don't, working on my lifts and fitness just to get back to where I was before. Would then set a comp goal for next year But all the while, to regain lost lean mass and increase it.

    Silverback; the Barambah and Elgaar milks are both really good. Their quark and cottage cheeses and other products are really good too. The Barambah yoghurt is very nice. Shrek; Barambah do a good lactose free yoghurt.

    their milk is pretty good. we sometimes get it too. I don't drink dairy milk as a rule as I've just never liked it. I only have it sometimes in my coffee (but my coffees are always double or triple shots to lessen the milk lol). I don't mind it when it's in other stuff so I can't taste it...

    wow that's when brekkie gets serious :D today I went a bit crazy and had a monster cruffin with pastry cream and a tonne of salted caramel and some nougatine on top. Pretty much unable to eat anything for lunch lol But awesome post leg day recovery food, yeah?

    Nothing. unless you have a full on dairy allergy or intolerance to lactose (easily solved by lactose free milk) or casein

    my plants didn't have fruit last year either (the habaneros at least) but this year went nuts with fruit - hopefully they survive winter and will be even better next year. lol at pants :D

    Haha so I made my habanero truffle and mango habanero bonbons and i cannot believe just how many chilliheads there are out there who love hot chilli! This is the mango habanero one: mango caramel over a habanero ganache as the filling. So good :) REALLY spicy. Kicks like a mule at the end...

    I'm a fan of the OH press too, actually. I couldn't do it for ages due to all the crapola going on with my left upper back/scap/rhomboids/whothehellknows lol looking to add it back in as i seem to be OK with DB oh pressing atm.

    there is a school of thought that overhead press should be one of the key strength lifts instead of bench. it's a more functional lift and movement for sure.

    plenty o'rows in my program ... it's one of the standards I always do with many variations. I doubt you'd find anyone doing PL who would not do lots of rows.
