    Haha so true. As for spotters, I can understand them for safety or for a couple of reps at the end, but I never understand why people get a spotter to help them with every rep because they can't even do one with the weight they chose. I guess it's ego lifting.

    I deadlifted 220kg raw with the worst form known to man. Luckily no pain, but jesus I ramped it out and didn't give up until the 230 was up. My max is 225kg WITH straps, which I got up with good form. However, I've ditched the straps and am trying to get my raw up to my max.

    I've almost exclusively done 4-day splits, although when for whatever reason I don't lift for 2 weeks, I get back in with a good ol' full body. I'm considering dropping the split routine and trying a push/pull or even full body for 3 months or so.

    Nice bro, solid! I've never worn a belt too, not even 100% sure why. I just chose not to powerlift with anything that could help me, whether it be lifting straps, belts, or gloves. Not sure if its broscience or not, but I heard belts restrict ab development during heavy squats and deads.
