    Yes, Google it. Imagine laying on your back under a smith machine, but safer. My wife does them on a smith machine, not the safest thing, but you can get your kness to your ears.

    No shoes and do more front squats so you get used to the more upright positioning of the back. Do some glute activation exercises and strength work as well.

    I tried the FORCE version and didn't like it, you couldn't extend your legs far enough under to really stretch as its range was limited. The one that Lou Simmons has on Westside barbell is better designed. But the best I have seen and it has multiple uses ie: reverse hyper and kik back machine...

    trap bar= serious gains

    I think as your arms are able to fall vertical beside your body when doing the exercise and you can sit into it more, it works the legs more so then the the hips. Different to a deadlift, more like squats with dumbells ie: front squat workout.

    Female Sportswear - What do you work out in?

    My wife wears skins or 2XU tights and cheap ass k- Mart sports bras and singlets. As the tops when soaked with sweat and deodorant don't last long so no problems throwing them out. The tights are worth paying extra for as they last and stand up to the sweat etc.

    I did read somewhere that 50% of your initial protein hit is converted by the (liver?) to energy so out of every 30g 15 is being used for muscle and i assume the other 15 may turn to fat if you are not actually using it at that point in time. she would have 200gms of straight protein per day.
