    Etiquette between sets

    That's the problem if you are training by yourself. 3-5 minutes if its a 3 person rotation. I would not be impressed if you did a set for 20 seconds and then sat around for 5 minutes. That's nearly 30 minutes to do 2 minutes of exercise.

    In the crossfit section at my Gym they have 20kg IVANKO plates, a majority of them are splitting at the seams and across the middle. a little over a year old and no where near the use of some gyms.

    Wouldn't it be good if your scales could talk to an Iphone APP. Put the ffod on the scale selct what is in in the app and the weight and Macros are saved for that meal, next ingredient and you could track everything. It does all your totals for meals and daily stats, it remembers quantities...

    Defecit and snatch grip deadlifts?

    She does Conventional and defecit with BANDS for speed on the lite day. Having to try and do it all ie: get strong, bodybuilding and lose fat for an over 40's mother of 3 is starting to get difficult as everything is sore all the time. I think we are at a crossroads.

    Max's SUPER WHEY Banana is really nice, also MP COMBAT (any falvour) is awesome. Having said that, i have tried BN, Venom etc and of all the No Name bulk places and i didn't like them at all. BULK POWDERS is by far the best tasting, nearly comparable to the best NAME brands.

    For me, if she can pick something up from the floor, it should be easier when she tries to pick it up from the middle of her shins. Well thats what i hope the outcome will be :)

    Had my wife try these today. She managed 25Kg plate on each end for 1 minute. Will do them once per week for 5 x 1 minute sessions and see what she can max at and if it helps her lifts.
