    For squats it's "up" for bench it's "power" and for deadlifts it's a lot of swearing.

    I'm still a novice so yes, I could hit a PR or close to it every session. (And I currently am with squats for reps.) But I don't go for a 1RM every session because it would be pointless. I doubt I'll taper or specifically prepare for ProRaw1. I'll probably keep training, maybe lift a bit...

    You mean they stand on one leg then do lateral raises with the opposite arm? Is someone playing a joke on them? EDIT: Does this stuff go on at the AIS? Maybe Fadi can shed some light on their oly lifting training (which is probably pretty good), but I wonder what the footy players train like.
