    Yep - ask him where he studied, Few points, start with 20kg plates on the bar & pause on the floor. There might be some weird reversal load going on through your hips. You should be fine pulling 60 for a few reps :) Better yet, go speak to Trent at PTC Sysdney.......

    If the biggest hole in your training is 'forearms' then maybe you need to take a look at your goals. This sounds like curls in the squat rack to me. It has been proven that curling the squat rack shrinks your dick and makes you less attractive to both men and woman.

    What workout did you do today?

    Wednesday: 3 x 10 Bi-cep curls 3 x 10 tri-cep extension 3 x 10 dumb bell lateral raises. ** made sure to rest 2 - 4 minutes between sets and look at myself the whole time in the mirror, making sure I have perfect technique and a sweet pump**
