I'm leaning away from IPF Rules. I touch low cause I'm fat, bench with a decent arch and after ProRawOne will be spending alot more time in a shirt so don't want to change my technique for one comp

Markos Just transferred money across. Can I have #22 as it's probably my only opportunity to be above Jonnie on any list? Also any plans to go all IPF and set a limit on where we can touch the bar benching?

    Strong is STRONG!

No one was insulting the squatting. I just pointed out for those of us who aren't as familiar with different methods that they were reverse bands. I think Donnie is crazy strong and have heaps of respect for him. So chill the f u c k out.

    Strong is STRONG!

Exactly. This is something I've attempted to explain to my non PL mates when they ask what wraps or a suit is. It's not magic. This shit takes time to learn.

    Strong is STRONG!

Sticky the 1,245 and 1,300 are both reverse band squats. Doesn't detract from the weight. 1,300 on your back is 1,300 on your back bands or not. DT is a freak.

Pick the smallest shirt size you would wear, remove two X's from the front of that size and replace the exisiting L with an S. You''l get more carryover that way.

    Are you ready to lift?

I cycle my training dependent on meets. I don't really think I'm weaker at any point but by peaking for a meet I feel I'm both more physically and mentally prepared to break PRs.

    CAPO's National Deadlift Challange!

P.S I cranked them fairly tight and I have sore knees to pay for it today. Also think I've strained a muscle in my left calf while wrapping. SFW

    CAPO's National Deadlift Challange!

I finally got my Metal All Black wraps from EFS after nearly 3 months wait. Put them on after work sets last night. Used sub-x (thanks jonnie) and got a reasonably easy, considering what I had done before, 240kg squat. 20kg PR. I'm just wrapped with my All Blacks

    Sumo Deadlift Vs Regular Deadlift

I didn't. I learned it in training myself.

    Sumo Deadlift Vs Regular Deadlift

Leg drive is not the key to sumo. When pulling conventional one should push down and pull back. Pulling sumo the idea is to spread the floor by pushing out on the outsides of your feet. This fires your glutes and hamstrings to break the floor as opposed to quads when pulling conventional.
