    Great post Fadi. I need to start doing more stretching/warming up. Today I think I'll do a 5 min walk on the treadmill and some of the exercises with bar weight. And I'll also stretch afterwards which I usually forget to do..

    3/8 this week as well.. It's just getting harder and harder to tip a winner with the inconsistency of most teams. The only team I can tip with confidence is Dragons.

    Yeah trying to keep carbs low, how come? I eat fruit/nuts during the day as well so I'm just trying to get carbs from them mainly. Also have a couple slices of bread in the morning.

    I eat 5 cans of 125g tuna slices in springwater a week.. I make a garden salad and chuck one can in it and have it for lunch.

    What flavour did you get? Mainly spent all my money at clubs where the drinks were $5-$10 each so yeah.. It all added up pretty quickly and I was spending about $100-$150 a night. Going to Thailand at the end of the year so gotta start saving :p

    Manage to stop drinking? On topic: Got my 5kg vanilla WPI from bulknutrients today.. Opened the bag and the smell was really strong so I thought it was going to have a bad aftertaste.. Mixed 1.5 scoops into my PWO shake tonight and it tasted fine :)
