    So I just got my order from BN which contained 1kg L-Glutamine, 1kg BCAA's and 4kg Dextrose Monohydrate. Is it ok to mix the following into a PWO shake with water? WPI Creatine Monohydrate L-Glutamine BCAA's Dextrose Monohydrate

    Looks like a mod edited them.. Anyway back on topic. Great info Damien :) I'm thinking about doing some cardio in the morning before breakfast when I have a late start for work. A late start for me would around 8-8:30 so I want to get up at 6 and go for a 30-45min run.

    Haven't worked it out yet. I just realised one day that I wasn't eating as much as I thought, so changed it up a bit lol. Gonna see how it goes for a month or so and then make changes if need be. I gotta work up the courage to go sprinting.

    Yeah that's what I've been told. The only reason I want to do sprints is because I have a small gut that I can't seem to get rid of.. I've had it all my life and have always wanted a flat stomach, but never achieved it :(
