    They're having a promotional day where some stuff is only $1 each. The stuff is; - Mother 300ml cans - Goulburn Valley 500ml Flavoured milk - Cadbury Medium Bars - Kettle 100gm chips - Cornettos - Doughnuts - 4n20 Snack sausage rolls - Muffins So go stock up for your cheating :D

    Just got back from 7-11. It's dollar day there and a lot of stuff is only $1 haha. Got like 5 chocolate bars, 4 bags of chips and a doughnut for $10. My cheat day is gonna be awesome.

    Today is.. 1 - 3 eggs on 2 pieces wholegrain toast, WPI with lite milk & a banana 2 - 250g mince & mixed vegetables 3 - 300g chicken breast with broccoli & mixed vegetables 4 - Steak & mixed vegetables 5 - WPI, 1tsp Calcium Caseinate with water

    It tasted pretty good. It just tasted like a curry mince dish, which is what it was I guess haha. The only thing I didn't quite like was the beans were hardish, I was hoping they would go soft when I put them in the pan. Not that big of a deal though :p Gonna start having it once a day.

    Just had my first attempt at a mince dish.. Want to start having it once a day instead of having tuna & rice twice. Stuff I used was; 500g mince 1 can of 4 bean mix Mixed vegetables 2tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1tbsp Yellow curry paste Pepper Eating it now, tastes pretty good :)

    I have the same thing every morning. I get up 40 mins before I leave to work and make and eat the following; 3-4 eggs 2 pieces wholegrain toast WPI shake with 250ml lite milk Banana Only takes me ~20 mins to make

    Yeah last night I tried it with milk to see how it was with just the 1tsp but from now on it will be water only :p That's how mine was lol. All the casein sticks to the top and is just really thick, but once you get through it, it's easier to consume.
