    Meal during sleeping

    I've done this a few times (only when I've happened to wake up) but it was a bit of hassle due to brushing teeth afterwards, etc. Just had cottage cheese at the time. Wouldn't do it as part of a routine, just if I happened to wake up.

    Good on you for doing that. Personally I find that ham doesn't give me enough protein for a meal (although as a uni student I certainly had my fair share of ham and tomato sandwiches!) So if I were to take sandwiches, I'd probably supplement them with a handful of nuts or a boiled egg.

    And so will I. Thanks PTC for putting us in the right direction. I'll keep the record board up though - as a few of us have expressed interest in going to the various comps run by PTC (and hopefully, SSAS in Sydney / Powersports in Canberra / etc). It's nice to know how the ausbb-ers are doing.
